Simple Tasty Bubble Pizza (Stampa)

Quick, kid-friendly bubble pizza with fluffy biscuits, rich sauce, melted cheese, and pepperoni topping.

# Ingredienti:

01 - 2 cans (10 count each) regular buttermilk biscuits

→ Sauce

02 - 1 jar (15 oz) quality pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 2 cups shredded fresh mozzarella cheese

04 - 20 slices pepperoni (preferably low-grease or turkey pepperoni)

# Istruzioni:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F ensuring it is fully preheated before baking.
02 - Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray, coating sides and bottom.
03 - Open both biscuit cans and cut each biscuit into quarters using a pizza cutter for speed and uniformity.
04 - Place cut biscuit pieces in an even layer in the bottom of the prepared baking dish without worrying about perfect arrangement.
05 - Pour pizza sauce evenly over biscuit pieces and use a spatula to coat all pieces lightly without mixing.
06 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce-coated biscuits, then distribute pepperoni slices across the top reaching edges.
07 - Bake uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes until biscuits have puffed through sauce and cheese and top is golden brown with fully cooked biscuits.
08 - Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting into squares to let cheese set and ease serving.
